Our Return Policy (for I Love Hats Online)

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns after 14 days are only available for merchandise credit. Items returned due to wrong size are eligible for exchange only.( For Exchange Customer needs to send the original package back with the return shipping label, customer has to pay both shipping for doing the exchange. We will put the new hat in the same box with the return label. ** If there has no return label, we will send it back by the Canada post or UPS and bill the customer on the returning shipping.) Returns other than our error will have a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund. Returns on orders that utilize free shipping codes will be subject to a reduction in refund in the amount of $12.

Cover the original shipping label with a return label and return it to us in the original shipping carton. Enclose this form and indicate the Reason Code for the return.

We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days after receipt for processing your refund. Allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. WE WILL REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ONLY IF THE RETURN IS THE RESULT OF OUR ERROR.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. I Love Hats is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from I love Hats
